My Truth

I have spent the majority of my life sensing that there was something more for me to experience…something more for me to know. Having struggled at times with depression and an overbearing feeling of being lost, I embarked on a journey nearly ten years ago to find my answers. My path since, like many people’s, has been neither clear nor straight. So much so, that it was not until experiencing the familiar depths of my path during the height of our recent pandemic, that I awakened to new information. A better definition, is that I was shown a new perspective of the information that creates my experience. I achieved this new clarity through a profound and “life altering” spiritual journey with the psychedelic plant medicine psilicybin (aka. mushrooms). The energy and the information I received, awakened me to a deep awareness of my True Self and my place in the Universe. I was shown a path to heal. As a part of my healing, I was given a gift of seeing my life as a part of a greater whole and that my role here is to serve…you. You are just like me in that you are trying to do your best in this life; you always have. You are trying to do right by your family and friends. You are trying to create success and leave a legacy that matters. You may feel stuck or disconnected in your relationships or in your career. You may be desperately lost - depressed, addicted, traumatized. And…you are trying to figure out how to find and make the changes you need to adjust your trajectory in a positive way. Does this sound familiar?

What I have also learned, that is just as important as my awakening journey, is that there is no “magic pill” that will make me better. The information I was given was essential, but it is what I do with this information that is changing my life. I learned I must first make the choice to heal. I learned that healing and change takes work, consistent focus, and time. I also learned that I can’t do it by myself…and that is okay. We call this process “integration” in the coaching world. My integration is my process of taking the changes I choose to make, the new information I have received, and the dreams I hope to achieve and implementing a plan to realize each of them. Again, in a word, a plan to heal.
