Choice.  Your power to choose is one of, if not the most, important powers you possess.   Regaining our power to choose is when we adjust our life to the process of Recovery. It is at the moment that you make that choice to change that your Recovery begins. Regain your power to choose. Recovery Coaching is for you if you are at the point in your life where you choose to change your life's trajectory in a positive way. This coaching construct is designed to help you redefine your life away from challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, or post-traumatic stress. Recovery Coaching offers you the space, the structure, and the safety to rediscover and explore your True Self.

Choosing to regain our power…our sovereignty…is a spiritually transformational experience. As a result, integration becomes the MOST IMPORTANT part of any spiritually transformational experience, be it entheogenic or otherwise.Choice Integration is essential for the transformational process to take a deep rooting in your life. You may try to navigate this process by yourself but having a coach or a guide will provide structure and accountability to assure you remain on course. Therefore, Choice Integration coaching is for you if you have awoken to your potential and choose help getting there. I have experienced this for myself and that is now my purpose… That is why I am here for you.

The entheogenic medicine journey has become a means to open doors of deeper awareness…a means to learn deep truths. Sometimes these doors provide access that has been otherwise unattainable, or more acurately…unrecognized. But, entheogenics are not for everyone as their place in our society is still very strictly controlled and feared.

I do not recommend or condone the use of entheogenic medicines for you. I am not an expert, so I choose to only encourage you to conduct your own research as to whether or not you feel they are the right choice for you. My role as your coach is to help you properly prepare for and integrate your experience.
